If you've got a cool $6 million laying around and a hankering for a spot in the heart of Center City, former Phillies slugger Ryan Howard would like to talk.
The ex-Phils great is re-listing his condo in the 1706 Rittenhouse luxury condo complex, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
The condo was first listed back in January 2020, but was taken off the market in July 2021 without a sale. The price has been reduced eight percent, which Philadelphia Business Journal reports is seen as a "more aggressive" price.
