That right there is the Phillies new spring training hat for 2016.
It's a pretty standard red cap with a blue brim and a cute little spring training patch on the side. Nothing to get too excited about. The patch is a nice touch but that's about it.
Some other teams had a bit more fun with their caps and tried some interesting things.

We agree that Kansas City's is awesome, as is Toronto, but no mention of Oakland's elephant? Loved that one. Also, in terms of the "worst," there's no way the Mets' hat with Mr. Met on it is worst than the boring Phils' "P" in our humble opinion. We're also partial to the orange atrocity that is the Detroit Tigers' spring hat.
Pitchers and catchers are set to report on February 17th this year with full squad workouts beginning on the 23rd.
