Today's Lineup: Kratz starts at 1B; Ruf in LF for finale

As they try to avoid their 100th loss on the last day of their season, the Phillies are rolling out an unorthodox lineup on Sunday.

Erik Kratz will get the start at first base for just the second time in his career as the Phils end their season against the Miami Marlins at Citizens Bank Park.

After dropping both games of Saturday's doubleheader, the Phillies have already secured the top pick in the 2016 draft. If they lose Sunday's game, it will be the first time the club has reached the 100-loss mark since 1961.

Maikel Franco will be starting again at third base. The rookie started Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader, going 2 for 4 with a home run and an RBI single in his first start since Aug. 11.

David Buchanan takes the bump for the Phils, as he looks to shave down his 7.54 ERA. He'll be opposed by lefty Adam Conley, who has carried a 3.84 ERA while striking out 57 batters in his first 61 innings in the big leagues.

Darin Ruf, who leads the majors with a 1.105 OPS against left-handed pitchers, remains in the cleanup spot, but moves to the outfield.

Jeff Francoeur, a free agent at the end of this season, will get the start in right field. Francoeur has hit .261 with 13 home runs this season, and should generate interest in the market as a solid fourth outfielder.

Absent from the lineup is Odubel Herrera, as Aaron Altherr gets the start in center field. Barring a lineup substitution, Herrera will finish his rookie season with a .296 average and a share of the team-lead with 29 doubles.

Here is today's lineup:

1. Freddy Galvis, SS
2. Aaron Altherr, CF
3. Maikel Franco, 3B
4. Darin Ruf, LF
5. Jeff Francoeur, RF
6. Andres Blanco, 2B
7. Erik Kratz, 1B
8. Cameron Rupp, C
9. David Buchanan, P
