Nerlens Noel left the Sixers' 94-83 win Wednesday night in the third quarter with a right foot contusion and did not return.
The Sixers' big man suffered the injury when he went up to catch an errant alley-oop pass from JaKarr Sampson around the seven-minute mark of the third. Noel stayed in the game before eventually leaving with 4:27 left in the quarter to receive treatment in the locker room.
Noel came back to the Sixers' bench and was listed as questionable to return, but never did.
In 22 minutes, the rookie, who has played in 64 of the Sixers' 68 games this season, scored 11 points on 5 of 10 shooting to go along with four rebounds and three blocks.
Entering Wednesday, Noel was averaging 12.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 1.8 blocks per game in March.
