The NBA trade deadline has come and gone, and while a number of teams in the East -- New York, New Jersey, Boston, Washington -- made some big moves, the Sixers have decided to keep their current team intact.
The lack of movement from the front office is certainly not surprising as Doug Collins has said he really likes how this team is playing together.
My initial reaction is that I'm okay with the fact we'll get to watch this team as it's currently situated for another 25 games this season. After their very rough start, Coach Collins finally has them playing as a team. The sixth seed in the East is still a realistic goal to strive for in my opinion.

The only rurmored move that could still happen is a buyout of Jason Kapono's contract so he could then sign to a contender in hopes of helping a team in need of a shooter. Good luck with that, contending team.
