"Whether today's game against the Dallas Cowboys has playoff
implications for the Eagles or is rendered moot by earlier events, the
air still will be highly charged for the fans. There is no shaking the
sense that big changes could be on the way after 10 years of uncommon
continuity."
Phil Sheridan's column today discusses what's on a lot of our minds today. There's still the slim chance the Eagles can sneak into the playoffs based on an unlikely combination of wins and losses, as well as the gratification that comes with even a "meaningless" Eagles win over the Cowboys (and the bitterness of the flip side). But win or lose, we could be watching the final game of a few key guys who have been here for a long time. Some (LJ Smith) we'll be glad to see go, and others we'd hate to see in another uniform, like BDawk or Jon Runyan. Then there's Donovan McNabb, a name that sharply divides Eagles fans.
Andy Reid could be gone too, but few people are holding their breath for that, despite his being the least popular guy among the possibly departed (close heat with LJ).

So while we wait for our playoff interest's fate to be handed to us by the 1PM games, who do you think will be back? Who do you hope stays, and who do you want gone? Who would you like to see replace those going elsewhere, being realistic...?
