CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Eagles inside linebacker DeMeco Ryans is inactive for the team’s matchup against the Panthers on Sunday night.
Ryans, who hurt his hamstring in the first half against the Giants last week and didn’t return, was listed as questionable on Friday. He didn’t practice all week.
Meanwhile, linebacker Mychal Kendricks (hamstring) and wideout Riley Cooper, who were also questionable, are active for Sunday night's game against the Panthers.
Kendricks and rookie Jordan Hicks will start at inside linebacker.
Kendricks, upon his arrival to Charlotte on Saturday, declared he would play after practicing in full all week. He hasn’t played since the Washington game, when he left after 11 snaps. He originally hurt his hamstring on Sept. 20 against the Cowboys.
Cooper was on the field early before the game testing out his knee and, apparently, he felt good enough to go.
Kiko Alonso (knee) and Nelson Agholor (ankle) were ruled out Friday and are inactive.
