CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Eagles inside linebacker Mychal Kendricks says he's going to play on Sunday night.
Kendricks, who is listed as questionable for the game, told CSN's Derrick Gunn he's playing against the Panthers on Sunday Night Football.
Kendricks hurt his hamstring on Sept. 20 against the Cowboys. He returned against the Redskins but aggravated the injury and left after 11 snaps. He missed the last two games.
Earlier this week, Kendricks said he hoped to play. He practiced in full all week.
Kendricks' playing on Sunday night is big for the Eagles, who are light at inside linebacker. Kiko Alonso, who hasn't played since the Cowboys game, is ruled out for this week. And DeMeco Ryans, who hurt his hamstring in the first half against the Giants and didn't return, is listed as questionable.
Rookie Jordan Hicks is the only one of the Eagles' top four inside linebackers who comes into Sunday night healthy.
