If you have them in fantasy, you're obviously starting Odell Beckham Jr., Saquon Barkley and Zach Ertz every week.
Sterling Shepard, too, has become a fantasy starter, putting up 20, 23.7 and 11.5 points the last three weeks in PPR leagues.
But what about Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor? Wendell Smallwood? Corey Clement?
Eagles RBs
I'm staying away from Eagles running backs in this game because nobody knows who will get the most touches or who will get the goal-line carries. It could be a game where both Corey Clement and Wendell Smallwood give you nine points. There are just better options until we get a better sense of the timeshare.
Sit them to start: Austin Ekeler, Nyheim Hines, Bilal Powell, Carlos Hyde
WR Nelson Agholor
NFL
Agholor has been a fantasy disappointment this season, reaching 50 receiving yards just once in five games. After catching 16 passes the first two weeks, he has just 13 grabs for 91 yards the last three weeks combined.
But in the middle of the field in this game, it seems like either Ertz or Agholor is in for a big day. This could be a game where Agholor gains yards between the 20s before Jeffery, Ertz or a running back gets the TD.
In a PPR league, I like Agholor this week for something like 7 catches, 77 yards. He's a WR3 or flex option.
Start Agholor over: Larry Fitzgerald, Jordy Nelson, Keke Coutee
WR Alshon Jeffery
Jeffery went later than usual in drafts this summer because we knew he wasn't healthy to start the season. That matters because it likely means you had two or three receivers you'd already grown comfortable with while Jeffery was out Weeks 1-3.
Now what? Jeffery went 8-105-TD in his season debut at Tennessee, before catching just two of eight targets for 39 yards against the Vikings.
The Giants have actually been the third-best team in the NFL this season against opposing wide receivers. The only two WRs to eclipse 80 yards against them have been DeAndre Hopkins (6 for 86) and Will Fuller (5-101-TD).
Michael Thomas (4 for 47) was held in check by the Giants in Week 4.
The volume of targets, though, makes Jeffery a WR2 or WR3 this week. Carson Wentz has thrown to him 17 times in two games.
Last season, Jeffery went 4 for 56 in the first meeting with the Giants and 4-49-TD with Nick Foles in the late-season meeting.
Start Jeffery over: Demaryius Thomas, Sammy Watkins, Josh Gordon
Eagles D/ST
The Eagles' defense was a must-start last season, finishing behind only the D/ST units of the Jaguars, Ravens and Rams in fantasy points.
This season, the Birds' D/ST ranks 23rd. But this is a breakout spot.
The Giants have allowed the fourth-most points to opposing fantasy defenses: 9.8 points per week. Only the Bills, 49ers and Dolphins have allowed more.
Teams are averaging 3.2 sacks per game against the Giants, have forced eight total turnovers and scored twice, including last week when the Panthers recovered a fumble in the end zone.
As much as the Eagles' secondary has struggled and as quickly as Manning gets the ball out when he plays the Birds, you have to start the Birds' D.
The only defenses worth starting over the Eagles are the Texans (vs. Buffalo), Vikings (vs. Arizona) and Jaguars (at Dallas).
