Doug Pederson added yet another familiar name to his staff down in Jacksonville.
This time, Pederson has hired former Eagles coach Ryan Paganetti to his Jaguars staff. Paganetti’s title is Director of Coaching Analytics.

This isn’t a surprising move given Paganetti’s contributions while with the Eagles. He was widely credited for helping to bridge the gap between the analytics department and the coaching staff while in his post of assistant linebackers/game management coach.
Paganetti, a Dartmouth graduate, began his career with the Eagles in 2013 as a scouting intern. From 2015-16 he became an analyst before moving up to a coaching assistant, quality control coach and then in 2019 earned his last title with the Eagles.
With Pederson out of the league in 2021, Paganetti grew a strong voice on Twitter, often explaining his unique points of view on various NFL happenings. Paganetti’s brother, T.J., is still an offensive quality control coach with the Eagles.
Down in Jacksonville, Pederson has assembled a staff with plenty of Eagles connections.
