Twitter was on fire Monday night after hearing that the Eagles and defensive lineman Fletcher Cox agreed to a mammoth six-year extension. The terms are $103 million over six years with $63 million guaranteed, a league source confirmed to CSNPhilly.com's Reuben Frank (see story).

Vinny Curry and Brandon Graham, Cox’s teammates on the defensive line, tweeted out their congratulations.

Special teams ace Chris Maragos joined in the party.

Tight end Zach Ertz, who signed a five-year extension in January, and offensive tackle Lane Johnson, who agreed to a six-year deal, sounded pleased about sharing the field with Cox for many years to come.
