"John demands the best out of his players every single game," general manager Chuck Fletcher said in a statement released by the team. "He is a Stanley Cup champion and has a lengthy track record of both regular season and playoff success."
Fletcher and Tortorella addressed the media Friday afternoon in a Zoom interview.
