Phils continue to add bullpen depth, acquire Phelps from MIL

Minutes before Monday’s 4 pm trade deadline, the Phillies acquired RHP David Phelps from the Milwaukee Brewers for three prospects to be named later. It’s the fourth reliever they’ve acquired this season.
