Spencer Howard put rough 2020 ‘behind', ‘excited' for this year

The Phillies top pitching prospect debuted in the shortened 2020 season but with some hiccups along the way. The 24-year-old says the stoppage hurt him mentally but he’s ready for a big year in 2021, wherever he is.
