when will we see Arnett Moultrie back on the court? What's his status?

Moultrie is back on the practice court. The 6-foot-10, 240-pound forward took part in the Sixers' practice in Denver on New Year’s Eve, the first scrimmaging he has done since undergoing ankle surgery in October. After that practice, Sixers head coach Brett Brown said “sometime in the month of January” was a safe assumption for when Moultrie would return to game action.

The Sixers host Detroit and New York on Friday and Saturday, respectively. After those two matchups, the Sixers don't play again until Wednesday against Charlotte. Moultrie will have plenty of practice time between now and that game against the Bobcats to continue rounding back into shape. With that said, I think we will see Moultrie back in action against the Bobcats at the Wells Fargo Center in what would be his first game of the season.

The Sixers need to find out what a healthy Moultrie brings to the table and if he should be part of their future plans.
