Joel Embiid leaves game vs. Trail Blazers with ankle injury

The Sixers All-Star big man left the Sixers’ game Sunday in the first quarter with a left ankle injury and did not return. Sixers entered the game without Ben Simmons, who needs surgery on his knee.
