A lot of the chatter on sports talk radio, the Internet, on Twitter, etc surrounding the fallout from Riley Cooper's use of a racial slur has focused on whether or not the Philadelphia Eagles should simply cut ties with the now controversial receiver. Today, Chip Kelly put that speculation to rest by stating he never even considered cutting Cooper and that his status with the Birds is not in question.
