Cliff Lee Needs Some Help, Phils Look to Bounce Back in Florida

Share

Cliff Lee has been getting a bit of the Cole Hamels Run Support 2010 treatment as of late. Over his last three starts, Clifton has received exactly one run off the bats of his teammates. That includes shutouts against the Braves and Diamondbacks with a 14-inning one run effort against the Mets mixed in between.

With an off-day tomorrow, the Phils will look to avoid a second straight series loss. The sputtering offense will face right-hander Ricky Nolasco (3-0, 3.23). It might be time to start thinking about a little clubhouse voodoo.

First pitch set for 7:10 from Florida.
