The Eastern Division-leading Cleveland Gladiators stormed out of the gates to start each half in their 59-41 victory over the Soul Saturday at Quicken Loans Arena.

Gladiators quarterback Kurt Rocco completed 18 of his 29 pass attempts en route to 233 yards and seven touchdowns. For the Soul (3-7), QB Ryan Venawho became the full-time starter with Tuesdays trade of Justin Allgoodtossed six touchdowns in a 20-for-31 performance, connecting with wide receiver Donovan Morgan nine times for 132 yards and four touchdowns.
The Soul rallied from an early 23-6 deficit to head into halftime down 23-20, but Cleveland (6-3) scored the first 16 points of the second half. Three players from each team were ejected in the fourth quarter after several fights.
