Chip Kelly making his NFL debut as head football coach of the Philadelphia Eagles won't be the only big storyline when the Birds take on Washington on Monday Night Football on September 9th. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports today that Robert Griffin III will make the start at quarterback for the Redskins.

RGIII won't have played in any of the preseason games so the Eagles could very well likely see a rusty quarterback. That said, the Eagles defense struggled against him last season.
