The Eagles on Tuesday morning signed linebacker B.J. Bello to their practice squad.
They now have three linebackers on their 10-man practice squad.
Bello, 23, went to Illinois and Illinois State before signing with the Browns as an undrafted free agent last season. He spent his rookie season with the Browns and played in all 16 games. He played just 74 defensive snaps but played 297 on special teams.
Bello was waived by the Browns at final cuts this year and spent a couple weeks on the Cardinals’ practice squad this September before getting cut.
This move gets the practice squad up to the limit of 10. The team will get back to work Wednesday as practices begin for Sunday’s game against the Panthers.
