The Eagles will take on the Giants without two of their biggest offensive weapons on Sunday.

As reported by Reuben Frank Friday (see story), Michael Vick has been ruled out against the Giants and Vince Young will start at quarterback for the Eagles.

Vick, on Friday, missed a third straight practice with broken ribs. He suffered the injury in the Eagles' loss to the Cardinals at the Linc this past Sunday.

Vick has lost eight of his last 11 starts after winning eight of his first 10 starts in an Eagles uniform.

In addition, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has also been downgraded to out against the Giants. Maclin suffered shoulder and hamstring injuries against the Cards and Riley Cooper is expected to replace him Sunday night.

Maclin has a team-high 46 receptions for 612 yards and four touchdowns this season.

The team announced the downgrades Saturday, after Vick and Maclin were previously listed as questionable. Neither player will travel with the team to New York.
