With the Sixers taking on the Timberwolves Tuesday night at the Wells Fargo Center, Karl-Anthony Towns lost his cool in the third quarter and was assessed a technical foul.
Embiid was right in the middle of it, signaling for the technical before firing up the crowd by applauding the referee's call.

As for the game — a 93-91 thriller of a win for the Sixers — Embiid and Towns went at it all night. Things were physical and competitive from start to finish (see video).
Embiid even mixed it up with Timberwolves point guard Kris Dunn (see video).
