In the advertisement, a cartoon version of a young Simmons can be seen telling his friends in Australia that he will make it to the NBA and win Rookie of the Year. Simmons goes even further by stating he will play for the Aussies in the Olympics and bring home gold.

Joel Embiid also tried his hand at an animated commercial. In the latest spot for “The Grinch” movie that has featured other NBA players such as Golden State’s Draymond Green and Cleveland’s J.R. Smith, Embiid is lifting weights before he gets an unwanted phone call from the title character.
With Simmons also boasting deals with Beats by Dre and Upper Deck and Embiid being aligned with Under Armour and HyperX, expect to see them in plenty more commercials in the future.
