NCAA Tournament facts/figures
The Wildcats are 57-35 all-time in the NCAA Tournament.

Villanova, the defending national champions, is on a six-game winning streak in the tournament, including impressive wins over Kansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina to capture the title.

Mount St. Mary's is 1-4 all-time in the NCAA Tournament. This is its first tournament appearance since 2014.

The Mountaineers' only win came against Coppin State in the opening round in 2008, 69-60.

Scouting Mount St. Mary's
Villanova can't overlook Mount St. Mary's backcourt, featuring Robinson and Elijah Long. Villanova guards Brunson, Hart, Mikal Bridges and Donte DiVincenzo will be tested early.

Long struggled, shooting 3 of 7 for just six points, against New Orleans in the First Four game, but the sophomore leads the Mountaineers in scoring at 15.1 points per game. Robinson isn't far off, averaging 14.3 points per game.

The Mountaineers aren't the best rebounding team, which is a good thing for the 'Cats. Mount St. Mary's ranks last in the Northeast Conference in offensive rebounds and third worst in defensive rebounds.

What's next
The winner will advance to the second round to face No. 8 Wisconsin or No. 9 Virginia Tech on Saturday in Buffalo.
