The Eagles season has mercifully come to an end and with that we get our final installment from Mark's Football Food For (Philly) Fans of the week. Thanks to Mark for sharing his creations with us. Coming up with a tasty dish each week that coincided with the Eagles opponent couldn't be an easy task. Eating said dish on the other hand, must have been a pleasure.

And so it ends. In a chilly rain at
Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, the Eagles finished up with
their 8-8 season with a 17-9 win over the Buffalo Bills.To
crown the season, I didn't go with the obvious, Buffalo Wings, but
instead did grilled bison burgers with a blue cheese/mayo/cream cheese
spread, Boston lettuce and wing sauce. On the side, some rosemary
garlic fries and, courtesy of some visiting friends from Boston, MA,
some Dogfish Head IPA ale in the Eagles glass.
