Road to Victory: Philadelphia Eagles prepare for playoffs

While the vibes are certainly low after the Philadelphia Eagles’ embarrassing end to the regular season, the Birds have the chance to put all the recent doom and gloom behind them as they prepare for their Wild Card matchup next Monday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As the team gets ready for another playoff push, NBC Sports Philadelphia and NBC10 are getting you prepared for the big showdown with two events and special coverage.

NBC Sports Philadelphia's John Clark will host a Road to Victory special -- sponsored by Toyota -- which will air live on NBC10 on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

The special will feature an exclusive interview with Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert, another interview with Eagles Hall of Famer Chris Long and a tribute to the history of Eagles football that you'll have to see to believe.

The Road to Victory Bus Tour

The Philadelphia Eagles are four days away from beginning their playoff run in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers. The last few weeks have been dismal for the Birds but the team is hopeful they can turn things around. NBC10, NBC Sports Philadelphia and Telemundo 62 have brought back the Road to Victory bus tour to kickoff celebrations ahead of the game. NBC10's Miguel Martinez-Valle captured all of the excitement from the tour.

The Philadelphia Eagles' Road to Victory Bus Tour -- sponsored by Ticketmaster -- on Thursday included special guests, exclusive giveaways and the chance to win tickets to a future Eagles game.

NBC10's Miguel Martinez-Valle learns a new Eagles victory song care of a mega fan at The Road to Victory Bus Tour stop in Conshohocken Thursday. The bus is firing up fans ahead of the NFL Playoffs.

The Road to Victory Kickoff Party

NBC Sports Philadelphia also hosted a Road to Victory kickoff party -- sponsored by Toyota -- on Thursday at 6 p.m. that featured a live Q&A, celebrity guests and exclusive giveaways.

Local artist Jordan Spector created a 15-foot masterpiece to honor the history of the Eagles. NBC10's Jacqueline London has more on the meaning behind the massive painting.
