On Saturday, Tampa Bay was able to defeat Carolina in overtime after giving up a two-goal lead in the third period.

The Flyers suffered a disappointing loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday as the team was shutout for just the fourth time all season.

Recent encounters
Tampa Bay is going for the season sweep against the Flyers as the Lightning have won the previous three meetings. In their last matchup on Feb. 1, the Lighting earned a 4-0 victory. The Lighting scored two goals in the first two minutes of the contest to take a quick lead and the Flyers found themselves down three goals entering the second period.

Storylines
The Flyers will look to incorporate newly-acquired forward Kris Versteeg into the team as he is expected to be dressed for Tuesdays game after being picked up in a trade with Toronto.

The Lightning will try to stay hot as they have won eight of their last 10 games.

Whos hot?
Lighting goalie Dwayne Roloson is 9-5-0 with a 2.63 goals-against average since being acquired from the New York Islanders on Jan. 1. One of his four shutouts this season came against the Flyers the last time the two teams met.

Injury updates
Flyers: Ian Laperriere is on the IR with post-concussion symptoms.

Lightning: Defenseman Mike Lundin and forward Ryan Malone are out with abdominal muscle injuries. Center Nate Thompson is doubtful with a concussion.
